If you have active water intrusion, standing water after rain, or visible efflorescence on the walls, those issues need to be resolved before any coating is applied. We will tell you honestly what we find and what needs to happen first. We do not coat floors that are not ready for coating.

Polyaspartic has better moisture tolerance than standard epoxy, which is one reason we use it on basement floors. But no coating is a substitute for proper waterproofing when active water intrusion is present.
