Section 1
Workmanship Warranty
Wagoner’s Polyaspartic Floor Systems & Polished Concrete LLC provides a Lifetime Warranty with every installation of concrete coating. This warranty is conditioned upon the property owner having paid in full all sums due under the agreement, including any extras or change orders.
Unless agreed in writing by both contractor and property owner, the sole warranty of the work shall be as follows: Contractor warrants workmanship for a period of 2 years from the final billing. If a concrete coating failure appears during the warranty period due to improper workmanship, contractor will supply labor and materials to correct the condition. Responsibility is limited to correcting the condition as indicated above.
Any claim under this warranty must be made by delivering written notification to the contractor within 10 days of discovery of such condition.

Section 2
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe a condition covered by this warranty has occurred, follow these steps to initiate a claim. All claims must be submitted within 10 days of discovering the condition.

Document the Condition
Take clear photos of the affected area, noting the location and approximate square footage involved.

Submit Written Notification
Contact us in writing within 10 days of discovering the condition. Email info@wagonersepoxy.com or call (260) 635-3935 to begin the process.

On-Site Assessment
We will schedule an on-site visit to assess the condition and determine whether it falls within warranty coverage.

Repair or Remediation
If the claim is approved, we will supply all labor and materials needed to correct the covered condition at no charge to you.
Section 3
Moisture Protection System
Before every installation, Wagoner’s completes a moisture reading on the concrete slab. Moisture is one of the leading causes of floor coating failure, and we take it seriously.
If the concrete slab reading is over 5%, we offer our moisture blocking primer system as an add-on. This primer application prevents moisture from passing through the existing concrete, adding significant long-term durability to your floor coating.

Applied when slab moisture readings exceed 5%. Prevents moisture infiltration, extends coating life, and adds long-term structural durability.
Additional $2.50 per Square Foot
Section 4
This warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty made by contractor. There are no other warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly disclaimed and excluded by the parties.
The warranty also constitutes the owner’s exclusive remedy against contractor, including the alleged negligence of contractor. Contractor shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including delay or other damages.
